Breeder guarantees that this puppy has been properly cared for and is healthy and normal. The puppy has received its 1st shots and has been dewormed. Health records will be provided when you receive your puppy. If said puppy is checked by a licensed Vet and found to be sick due to a congenital defect, owner shall notify Breeder and provide a written statement from a licensed Vet describing the puppy’s condition and shall return the puppy to the breeder within 5 days of the examination. The breeder will replace the puppy if puppies are available or the original purchase price of the puppy, provided puppy is returned back to the breeder within 5 days. Sick is not defined as having parasites such as worms, coccidian, giardia, fleas, or mites as those are common in dogs and puppies. Breeder is not responsible for Vet bills incurred by the buyer.
Breeder is not responsible if a puppy contracts a disease once it leaves the breeder’s possession.
Buyer agrees to have puppy checked by a licensed Veterinarian within 5 days of receiving your puppy.
Buyer agrees puppy must be spayed/neutered before or at one year of age or as recommended by your veterinarian. Your AKC registration application will be presented upon receipt of evidence that this procedure has taken place. Please send a copy of the medical bill to the breeder. Special exceptions may apply if AKC competition demands an earlier registration.
Buyer agrees this puppy will never be sold to a pet store, puppy mill, relinquished to an animal shelter, pound or animal rescue. If you are unable to keep the puppy for any reason, the breeder must be notified.
Buyer agrees this puppy may only be registered with the American Kennel Club unless given privileges through breeder permission.
You will be eligible for your AKC membership application once your spay or neuter contract has been honored. Please send a copy of your medical statement to the breeder in exchange for the AKC application.
Buyer agrees to give this puppy proper medical care, agrees to groom, train, and care for this puppy consistently with best practices as recommended by your veterinarian. This includes flea and tick control, heart worm preventative medicine, daily exercise, fresh, nutritious foods, and clean water on a daily basis. The buyer also agrees that this puppy will not be left alone without companionship for long periods of time. Responsible pet owners have a plan in place for their pet’s well being when they must be absent, If said care is not provided, breeder has the right to have the puppy returned without a refund.
Buyer is advised NOT to take the puppy to public places or allow the puppy to socialize with other dogs that may be unvaccinated until the puppy’s immunizations are complete.
Your puppy has been fed Taste of the Wild Pacific Northwest Coast puppy chow. This is a premium brand of dry food. If you prefer another type of food, it’s best to mix the two and gradually switch over. A sudden change will upset their stomach.
This guarantee is good for the original buyer and is not transferable.
